The Technical Sales Support Specialist is responsible for responding to customer and team technical questions, supporting product development, marketing, and launch stages of a product development process.
The Technical Sales Support Specialist must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The Technical Sales Support Specialist will identify technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
With market knowledge and end-user insight, Technical Sales Support Specialist feeds customer and market data to other technical staff within Tedia, works collaboratively with Tedia staff to improve existing processes and products, and to develop new products and services.
