Jim Mattey
CEO
Jim joined Tedia in 2024. Previously, he was the Vice President and General Manager of Materion’s Newton, MA, facility and associated businesses, which was acquired by Materion in late 2021. This was the largest acquisition for Materion at the time and was led and integrated by Jim in his role as Vice President, Strategy & Execution. He previously held strategic marketing and business development roles in Avient (formerly PolyOne) and Vectra (formerly OM Group). Jim has worked extensively in operations, corporate development, and business strategy. He received his B.S. Chemical Engineering from Ohio University and his M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.

James Taylor
CFO
James joined Tedia in May 2023. His key responsibilities include operational and financial strategy, accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, governance and risk management. James graduated from Northumbria University (UK) law school and with a passion for numbers, started his career at BDO working in Business Advisory and is a qualified ACCA accountant. James worked for Luxfer (NYSE: LXFR) for 10+ years in a range of roles spreading corporate and business units in both finance and supply chain. Most recently, James worked as Finance Director at Luxfer, navigating the global pandemic and the consequential supply chain, labor and inflation pressures.

Jake Miles
Senior Vice President
Jake Miles joined Tedia in 2015 and is now Senior Vice President. With over 20 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Product & Commercial, Jake specializes in quality management and technical applications, particularly within ISO 9001 and cGMP-compliant chemical manufacturing environments. Throughout his career, Jake has successfully led major projects and spearheaded cultural transformations, driving innovation and growth across organizations. He is a dedicated leader with a proven track record of delivering results. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Morehead State University.

Erika Mitchell
Senior vice president, operations
Erika joined Tedia in November of 2024 as the leader of the Operations and Supply Chain organizations. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the chemical industry, and a strong focus on building high-performing, collaborative teams. Previously, she served as General Manager of Contract Manufacturing at Avient (formerly PolyOne), and Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Materion and Techmer PM. She received her B.S. in Biology from the University of Michigan, and her MBA from Michigan State University.

Kim Floyd
Vice president, HR & Culture
Kim joined Tedia in 2016 with 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She leads strategic initiatives focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, which are designed to foster a high-performing culture and drive growth. Kim serves as a key link between management and the employee workforce. She received her BS in business administration and MBA from University of Cincinnati.
