The chemical I am interested in is on a restricted list (DEA, BATF, export, etc.).  Can I still order it from Tedia?

Tedia cooperates fully with all government restrictions on the sale of chemicals.  They all, however, have permitted uses.  It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain any required licenses, but Tedia will assist the customer to the best of its ability to obtain such licenses.



I need a COA (Certificate of Analysis) that I can’t find on the web site.  Who do I contact to obtain it?

When does my product expire?
Tedia does not have formal shelf life data.  Shelf life is heavily influenced by storage and transportation conditions.  Tedia has guidelines which are product and grade specific which can be obtained by contacting Technical Service at techservice@tedia.com or 513-874-5340 x148.  These guidelines should not be considered rules.  It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of a product for his application.
